Position Overview:  

• Responsible for management and accuracy of customer database
• Create proprietary Prospect database for targeted acquisition
• Develop pro-active cross-sector reporting, Account Performance, Sales Performance, sector performance.
• Analytics on customers and prospects
  • Analyzing and interpret business data to help make decisions about appropriate target markets and sales strategies for Sales.
  • Analyze KPIs, revenue, and costs for reporting and compensation purposes.
  • Target calculation and maintenance resulting to Sales performance reporting.
  • Analyze historical data to come up with strategies around increasing efficiency, segment addressal & expanding reach.
• Proactively develop and manage the sales performance & productivity dashboards/reports to help meet revenue and margin goals.
• Perform multi-level analysis to deliver insights related Customer acquisition, retention, at-risk, declining, growing, to trigger meaningful and corrective sales actions.
• Own end-to-end data and reporting workflow, building necessary data pipelines, collaborating on generating insights and hypotheses, measuring performance, socializing them across the organization, and creating actionable dashboards and reports.
• Deeply understand how our databases are structured and heavily engage with engineering teams to understand changes that may impact data flow & accuracy
• Actioning Data management starting from data cleansing to data upload to CRM
• Monitor and prioritize Cases in CRM and Mailbox requests to ensure SLAs are met

 What you’ll do as the Senior Data Analyst

Individual need to be expert in below mentioned technical skills with relevant exposure  / experience. Having exposure to Business operations or Sales reporting preferably in IT domain will be an advantage :

• Advanced excel including macros
• SQL – Specially Microsoft SQL server syntax exposure apart from My SQL syntax. MDX
• Power PBI
• Exposure to any CRM  - preferably Microsoft CRM i.e. Dynamics
• Database management including Data cleansing / Data refresh
• Sound working knowledge of Word, Power Point and outlook

 Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a reporting (data or analytically)-driven role, preferably in IT domain. Deep knowledge of the technology industry - B2B IT service Provider is an advantage.
• Proficient in Advance Microsoft excel, (Power Pivot, Power Query) and Modeling .
• Expert in Macros along with advance excel
• Good knowledge and experience in SQL, mdx queries and Power BI along with certification is a must.
• Good understanding of Microsoft CRM systems
• Experience in reporting and analytics around sales performance & productivity
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and fix if there are any data issues
• An innate data-person and ability to deliver key analytics and insights
• Have a good knowledge data structuring ad integration across platforms
• Good understanding of applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression
• Good Communication skills
• Organizational and follow up skills are a must. Ability to multi task as needed.
• Willingness to match work timings in line with the Parent organization i.e. US timings.
• Ability to work in an independent unsupervised environment and deliver in a timely fashion.
• Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic work environment.
